Eternal Encounter

A healed Sephiroth and Aerith have a conversation in the afterlife, and Aerith forgives him. His spirit somehow grants her a new chance, and, after Sephiroth fades, Aerith thinks about Cloud and he hears her spirit calling him and starts to try to find her. Her spirit and body reappears and they have a romantic reunion (mild M!).

Rapturous Blue

This circle is generally known for their Dragonball doujinshi of Future Trunks, but she produced a few Final Fantasy VII and other series doujinshi as well. This is a very rare item! Focuses primarily on Cloud x Aerith (and what happens to her) as well as Cloud x Tifa and a quite a bit about Sephiroth.

Fantasia

This is a fantasy version of the Gundam Wing universe, mostly based on the SD-Gundam Fantasy trading card series. Heero has wings, etc. Beautiful art! If there's a pairing, it's definitely Heero x Duo. Some novel, but mostly comic.
