Hopefully everyone knows just from looking at this cel that this cel is from the second Gundam Wing opening sequence, the "Rhythm Emotion" opening. This particular cel is from the "Cathedral Scene", and it is the only time in the series that Relena has her hair down while wearing her princely uniform.
